In this Wizard hat there is 3 colors, instead of just 2. Also, the background color is usually the darkest, not the lightest on the hat. The regular price I believe was 200 gems along with all the rest of the Halloween masks, compared to this price at 700 gems. I recommend buying 3 of them or so.
Hay Bail in the Horse Party was released yesterday, but of course no one knew because the party comes around so late. Also, how in the name of phantoms could non members get these barrels and hay bails if they aren't allowed to have horses? Which YOU guys voted a month ago was unfair that non members couldn't have horses.
